I came in for a fill and gel nail polish. Calling the one I went to in Dobson and the 202 they said all the ones in Walmart charge the same and it would be $27 total. I went to this one on north sight after work and when finished I was charged $45 and gave a $5 tip. I repeated the number $45 and asked if they were sure and she said yes. On the way home I had to scratch an itch on my face and scratched up my face because of how sharp they are and uneven. I now have to go pay to get them fixed after paying the $50 total this time. I am very unhapppy. Leaving this review and never coming back

Terrible service! Kim; the one who wears a square diamond pendant necklace, I asked her to do redo my nails because she makes the tips crooked and they do NOT cover the whole nail bed. She said she was useing a gel nail polish and she lied. The very last time I tried to get her to correct her mistakes and she lied to my face and gave excuses. To do a back fill she took 2 hours to finish until the clock ran out for her to go home! The other nail techs were looking at her funny when she worked on me. I think they knew she was giving customers the run around and I suspect Kim may own the this franchise.
