A very experienced and helpful staff. They were able to answer all of my questions and the truly made it a comfortable experience.

My grandparents set up a living trust with RJP for 995. That is supposed to come with support services for the life of the trust. When my grandfather passed away and changes needed to be made to the trust it took 2 weeks for someone to call us back. The woman was rude and had no answers for us and said she would get a message to the person with answers. That person never called. So a week later I call the main line as a new customer find out that my grandparents paid 995.00 and we cant even get a call back. I lost it and told them we were taking our business somewhere else. Half an hr later the rude lady calls back still has no answers, but was sweet as could be. She then gets us to the lawyer who has the answers. She was helpful we discussed changes and she said when it was done she would send someone to the house. Excellent because my grandmother doesnt get around very well and we wont have to go to a notary. So a week goes by and nothing. I call again leave a message again. The lawyer calls back and seems like she doesnt even know what we are talking about. After a few reminders she says the paperwork will be mailed out this week. When I ask about someone coming to the house, she says we dont do that. I remind her of our previous conversation. She says that she can see if that can be set up. At this point I know if we wait for that we will be waiting another couple of weeks. I told her just mail it. That 995.00 that is supposed to be service for the life of the trust, nope we have to pay another 300.00 for the changes to be made. RJP is in the business of estate planning unfortunately that also includes the death of their customer. They were rude, inconsiderate, and had no compassion in a time when we needed a little understanding. I would not recommend RJP to anyone. Go online to legal zoom or something similiar and pay 50.00 because thats the service you get from RJP. That one star is only there because I couldnt submit this without a star marked.
