Horrible service. Told us we could have table. We waited an hour and then they told us there were no tables. The back of the restaurant was empty. They said there was no waitress available and would not seat us. When you have a wheelchair you need to be seated at a table. Another time we were there and not acknowledged till I asked for help. Very poor service by front desk personnel. We have not been back.

We have been to Romano's many times and are never disappointed. Usually we enjoy the pasta dishes but recently I tried a steak with a side of pasta. I was pleasantly surprised how tender and flavorful it was! The service has always been good and the atmosphere pleasant. We have enjoyed everything we ordered.
