Nicholas is very knowledgeable in the showroom to include how to get the deduction on IRS tax return. The two gentlemen who delivered the products were very clean, prompt, and courteous. I would recommend Sack Time to others. My phone conversations with Tauni were professional and very accommodating. The warranty info is hand written on the back of a sales ticket which decreased my rating.

We had a great experience buying our mattress at Sack Time. They were very professional and helpful in selecting a mattress. Their service was wonderful the delivery on time and the drivers very friendly and professional.
