We read all the reviews on their website and were excited to finally find some customer service. When we got there, the receptionist paged Jason to come look at our BMW. We also asked her to call Hertz for a pick up.

We waited about 15 minutes for Jason, just to realize he was the guy sitting behind the desk on the computer the whole time. HE asked us where the damage was on our car and then spent another 2 minutes looking at it before he came back with an estimate that didn't include all of the damage. When we asked him about the discrepencies, he said, oh, you just said the damage was to the rocker panel.

My husband took the paperwork and walked out the door. The damage was to the front bumper,(impact site) rocker panel, wheels, undercarrage, fender,and rear bumper. Had he only walked to the front of the car, he would have seen the ipact point.

Unfortunately, customer service wasn't great. Competency was even worse. We'll take our BMW to someone a little more observant with an eye for detail.
