When the unfortunate but foreseeable family affliction macular degeneration blurred into my life I visited the specialist recommended by our optometrist. Their recommended solution - $2000/month eyeball injections. Ir happened so fast I was leaned back in the chair handed a sheaf of papers and the shot was standing by. WHOA THERE HOSS! It was second opinion time.

I discovered Southwestern Eye Center and was measured and evaluated with the latest technology, then consulted with Dr. Daniel Adelberg. Dr. Adelberg has me on monitor, sees me every few months and has made no offers of monthly, expensive injections into my eyeball. I take AREDS 2 eye vitamins and my situation is stable.

I am very happy to visit Southwestern Eye Center. I am not a profit node for a money focused specialist. I am the patient of an excellent vision specialist and his team.
