Very dissappointed with Sun State. It's been more than 90 days and our refinancing still has not been completed. Closing keeps getting postponed. We do not trust what they say anymore and there is a complete lack of communication from them. They need to work with better lenders if they keep blaming the underwriters for the delay!!! Regret going to them for this FHA refi and will definitely not recommend to others!
