"This is the place"! There's a million owener opperated shops out there that desrve your business, and then there's (Brilliant Bagel). Tony, and Cathy are lovely people who respect your taste, respect your health, and taste for outsatnding pastry, and properly made drinks. There's a positive atmosphere of friendliness, and hospitality. It was like I knew them all my life, and the munchies were delicious. As with all small well run businesses you realize they appreciate you, and your hard earned money. Forget the corporate chains. Forget the over priced mediocre swill, and factory produced gruel that you wouldn't feed a skunk. This is good stuff, and we should all get together for laughs, good talk, and fatten ourselves up for the winter with Tony's expertly crafted pastry : ) See you there.

I was in Scottsdale, AZ to see my very sick sister in the Mayo Hospital. A family friend(Chrissy Pacheco) delivered a huge load of bagels, croissants, muffins, etc... Everything we received was absolutely delicious!!! I would definitely recommend the Churchill bagel! It is a fantastic blend of flavors and cream cheese topped with a green tomato. I could eat that every day for the rest of my life and be completely content! That's not including everything else we tried... EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious!!!
