My dogs are also my bestfriends, that's why I'm glad that there's this clinic that I can refer to whenever my pets are experiencing some problems.

My dog Lucky was hit by a car by a hit & run. I have been a loyal patron since back in the days of Dr. Scott Hoyer.On 02/23/11 I took him there to the Thomas road because this is supposed to be our Veternarian who cares!?The girl working the desk was collecting payment from a patron when I unloaded my dog Lucky out of the vehicle. Struggling to get to the door with him she did n't even open the door for me. When I got him inside I explained Lucky was just hiot by a car. She asked : "Did you have an appointment?"I was baffled she even asked that but I said 'NO" I didn't know I needed to make an appointment before my dog was hit by a hit & run driver. She said; Sorry- well I needed an appointment the Dr's are all busy and I'll have to go somewhere else. I said:" But this is his Vet and this is the only place we've ever come". She went on to tell me I needed to go somewhere else.As we left, the lady Patron who was paying told me about a few places to go and we took her advice and
