I am one of Dr. Karas' many challenges. It is obvious she is motivated by her passion to help each person individually. Clearly not a factory mentallity but, a heart for people and the physical struggles we face. I have been to several physical therapists throughout the years, none that have helped me nor had the rare combination of expertiece and emotion connection that Dr. Karas exudes. I have learned not to question her direction on returning to a stronger healthier me, there truly is a method to her madness. Where there was a time I thought how can this help me, today I am proof positives that her methods do work. She has developed a treatment around my personal physical needs. I have compete confidence that I will regain so much of what I have lost due to my physical limitations. Thank you, Dr. Karas for making me stronger, in less pain and confident that the sky is the limit! Your "Touch Heals", because you have your heart behind it. Much Gratitude.

Tracy Karas has treated me off and on over the past 5 years for recurring sciatica issues, and most recently for chronic pain caused by two bulging discs between vertebrae in my neck. Tracy Karas is professional and capable and keeps me motivated to do the quick, simple, yet effective, exercise program that she designed specifically to alleviate my pain and rehabilitate me. She has always been diligent with pursuing treatment options available to me. At one point she personally got in touch with my general practitioner and my insurance carriers and ordered a Tens unit for me to use to help with muscle spasms I was experiencing. The unit was delivered to my house - all without my having to lift a finger!



From my experience THIS physical therapist will everything within her power to help her patients get well. I would recommend her to anyone I know without reservation.

I would tell any one that Dr.Karas at Touch Heals Physical Therapy is one of the most caring and skilled physical therapists I have ever been to.She is right next to Scottsdale Hospital so I can combine my appointments and her Decompression table has helped my back so much that I don't have to see a pain management doctor also.Her staff cares and are always showing me new things.
