I used this transportation Service when I was in Arizona for my 20th anniversary.. Where do I start?? The driver was late, the vehicle was dirty, and the driver was not professional at all! The driver asked me if I was Jewish because of my name When I said I wasn't he said that's good because I am Iranian and Started making anti-Semitic comments about the whole Iranian Israeli situation. He stated that he couldn't wait until Iran got their hands on a nuclear weapon so that the Jews would leave them alone. Unbelievable!! I just needed a ride nothing more. Smh

Would never use this company again. They were recommended to me by the Fairmont Hotel to simply drive me 5 minutes away to a restaurant. The driver had no idea where the place was which kind of surprised me. He gave me his card and told me to call him when I was done with dinner. I called him three times before he finally answered and said that he was on his way to the airport and I needed to call the number on the card and request a pickup from my location. I spoke to the dispatch who told me it would take 10-15 minutes for them to get me. I called 20 minutes later when nobody had arrived and was told the driver was lost and would be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called again and was told he should be there in a couple of minutes. 45 minutes after my initial call the driver arrived and told me he was only dispatched 7 minutes earlier which makes sense since the hotel is less than 5 minutes away. In fact her said there was 2 other cars waiting and they had not moved. Never got an answer as to what really went on. Called the next day to speak to the owner, left a couple of messages and guess what never heard back. No surprise. would not recommend them in any way shape or form. Find another company. Told the Fairmont that they should use another company. Hope they do. Poor customer service even though they say satisfaction guaranteed.

I took transtyle when I was visiting arizona and I was impressed with the wonderful service, The car was new, clean, and very nice inside and the driver was pleasant. He gave me many tips on where to go during my stay. I would urge everyone to use this great company!

I am a meeting planner and utilized Transtyle because of the convenience factor associated with the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge. I was told they worked directly with the hotel and I could charge my Advisory Board members' airport transfers to one of our employee's rooms. However, not only were they late for the arrivals, but Transtyle drivers asked our Board members for payment instead of charging them to the hotel room. After a call to Chris, the GM, who was very pleasant, I was assured everything else would run smoothly. After the event I asked for payment confirmations and no one at Transtyle could give me any information on who was charged and how much. The entire experience has been frustrating and I would not recommend using Transtyle.

I took transtyle to the airport and they were a little expensive and the driver didn’t speak English. The car was nice and very clean.
