This comp[any is unreliable and ripped us off. Took them over 3 weeks to fix both our furnaces. Then only 1 got fixed, had to order another part for the upstairs. After another week without hearing from them, my husband fixed it himself.

We were told by the woman in the office that the parts, service charge and workers' charge would be $500. We got a bill for $710. I called to see why it was more than quoted. Was told only the owner, Joe could answer that, but he never called. I called back several times and he was never in the office. Didn't pay the bill for 3 months because I was still waiting for his call, he didn't seem too concerned. He was also supposed to come give us an estament on new furnaces, he never showed up for that either.

So after a month of no heat, and my husband fixing the problem, we were charged $200 more and never did get an explanation. Will NEVER use this company again!!!
