very poor attitude - we received a rain check (due to absurdly slow play --- eight carts backed up on third hole). When we went to use the rain check on a Sunday we were told we'd have to pay the difference in rates. Sounded reasonable until I later realized they had only credited us a dollar or two for the rain check. When I questioned the charge I was told "you are lucky you got a rain check on a coupon" (a groupon by the way - a marketing business tool ) LUCK? - Chili GC will be LUCKY if me or my son (or any of the many buddies we've told ) ever see us again, on the course or in the pro shop!

( I've purchased 2 sets and single clubs from them & was just ready for another)

A mediocre course that needs develop customer relations.

Good deal when you use the coupon from the newspaper
