Ben Frashure inspected the home we were buying at the end of 2016, and he did such a wonderful and thorough job that the sellers then hired him to inspect the property that they were buying! That speaks volumes without saying anything else, but it should be added that Ben is a terrific guy. It is easy to talk with him and to work with him. And he really knows what he is doing, and he does it well. If you choose Ben to inspect your home, then you can feel comfortable that there will be no surprises when you take-up residence.

Ben Frashure recently inspected my townhouse in Avon Park, Charlottesville. He actually arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. Ben explained what he was going to do upfront and I asked questions as he went along. At the end of the inspection, he went over everything to ensure that I understood and to answer any additional questions. I would highly recommend Ben for any home inspection and I would definitely use him again if I needed a home inspection. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

He did a truly outstanding job. In fact, I would be remiss if I did not mention that of all the home inspectors I have seen in the past 37 years he was without a doubt the best I have ever seen. The house we bought was built in the 1960's and had a number of problems, all of which were pointed out to us by the inspector. I would highly recommend him and would use him in a heartbeat again.

Ben did our home inspection last weekend. We are first time home buyers and weren't sure what questions we needed to ask, but Ben explained what he was looking for and what the possible results could mean. We just today got our home inspection today with this company. The owner was prompt with being there on time. He was VERY nice and informing of everything he was doing along the way. My Fiance and I had a house under contract and needed an ispection to be done within a week. Ben was the only person available and worked with our schedule. He was great...very thorough. My wife and I are planning on buying a neighbor's house as an investment. Ben did an inspection that not only saved us money, but may well have prevented a disaster. He found an electrical panel faulty wiring that would have one day burned the house down, and an improperly vented water heater that was dumping carbon monoxide into the house. Wow!Ben is a pro. He came soon after we called, explained what he was doing, showed me numerous issues and explained their cause and seriousness, went over everything with me before he left, and then produced a written report within 24 hours that was exactly what i needed. He gave far more value than the cost of his inspection - which i now see as an invaluable tool for every potential home buyer. I highly recommend Ben as a residential inspector.

I hired Ben to do a home inspection on a house I am in the process of buying. From the very beginning, Ben was available, courteous and professional in his approach to the job. He gave me all of my options and let me know exactly what he was going to do. Upon completion of the inspection, he showed the potential for a serious problem which would have greatly decreased the value of this home in the future.
