Okay let me start this off by saying the people that answer the phones and the people that deliver the equipment are absolutely excellent I will give them five stars. But when it comes to the higher-ups like Paul he's absolutely ridiculous my father got a power chair through AeroCare. This review is being written on June 27th 2020 my father has been trying to contact this company since Monday he finally got a call back on Friday only for them to refuse to even come up and look at his power chair my dad is a bilateral amputee and needs his power chair for everything he is also pushing 350 lb. So he has been without a chair since Monday and we have been pushing him around in freewheel whenever he needs to get to the bathroom. My mother just had hand surgery so for her to push something like that is very very hard I work and my husband works so my dad I guess it's supposed to pee and poop all over himself because he can't get around the house. Now today Saturday and they have this kid drop off a manual wheelchair.my dad can barely get himself out of bed nevermind push himself around in a wheelchair. Paul is absolutely refusing to fix my father's chair. To top it off he told my dad that that was a used chair when it was supposed to be a new chair.so now I have to call Medicare on my dad's behalf and have them pull his files to find out if they were billed for a new chair or a used chair because if they were built for a new chair that's Medicare fraud. So be careful when dealing with this company you'll get your product and like I said the people that answer the phones and do the ordering there are absolutely wonderful five stars the people delivering absolutely wonderful five stars but the people that are actually needed are refusing to do what they need to do I find it absolutely ridiculous on a human moral level that you would refuse somebody that is completely disabled service.
