What I thought was going to be an extremely stressful process, was made easy and stress free by Ciccotti's. Mr. Ciccotti is a true professional who treats his customers with the upmost respect. I highly recommend visiting Ciccotti's first when looking for an engagement ring to save you time and stress. You will not regret this decision.

What an amazing place. My family has worked with Ciccotti's on many occasions. It does not get any better than this. I recently received an engagement ring and of course it came from Ciccotti's. It is the most beautiful piece I have ever seen. I get compliments everywhere I go. They are so nice and easy to work with. They will treat you like family and work with you every step of the way. I plan on being a lifelong customer.

Absolutely fantastic jeweler, best in town. Tom will not only find you exactly what you are looking for, but he will educate you about your purchase and will stay within your budget. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. All the jewelry is made upstairs above the shop. tommy was very great and friendly. my fiancé bought me my ring at his store and he did everything to make us feel comfortable in buying the right ring. he was able to answer all questions in a professional manner. and had it sized very quickly!! I would buy all my jewelry from ciccotti's . I sent my friends to him and they were very pleased also.

I cannot believe places like Cicotti's still exist in the world. These guy's were absolutely Sterling in their service and quality. Tom (the owner) helped me design the perfect engagement ring, and the thing is it wasn't some big fancy ring - simple, elegant and perfect. Tom will work with you on the price, the band, the prongs that hold the stone - whatever you want, he will make happen.

The shop is like an escape to simpler times; very old school, like Manhattan circa 1930 - you look up and see masters of their craft making pieces that will last a lifetime. There is very little in the display cases they do have, which I want to stress because you don't go there to pick out a generic ring, or a bracelet or a necklace - you have one crafted for you. When you're done, you will have a piece that is one of a kind. A piece that so much time and care was put into. What else can I say - absolutely Sterling. Go talk to Tom. You'll be glad you did. 10/10

They listen to what you say and show you merchandise that fits your requirements. They are very knowledgable about their merchanidise and answer any questions you have. They show you jewelery to match what you are looking for, not what they want to sell you. They take their time to make sure that you are satisfied with your choice and make you feel that you are the most important person in the store.

Ciccottiis exceded our expectations in every way when they designed & made my engagement & wedding bands. Tom took the time to educate us on different diamond cuts, bands, etc. so that we made an informed decision. We continue to go to Ciccotti's because the customer service is exceptional. We feel like family.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from Ciccotti's and I am so happy that he did! I love how friendly the entire store is when I go in to have my ring cleaned. They take such good care of me and always make sure the ring is in tip top shape!! It was a no brainer to purchase our wedding bands here as well. I have had some issues with the my wedding band & engagement ring fitting together and the Tom has been absolutely wonderful about resolving the issue and doing everything he can for me! We will be using Ciccotti's anytime it comes to purchasing top of the line jewelry, I would recommend Cicotti's time and time again!

I went to Ciccotti's on the reccommendation of my GFs sister and from the moment I walked in the door (like everyone has said) I truely felt like Tom cared about what I wanted even though I really wasnt sure at first. He was patient and content with me taking my time looking through magazines and such for the perfect ring. Tom Cicotti and his family owned Cicotti's Jewel Case is a gem in Scranton, PA. I recently purchased an engagement ring. From the moment I started it was a very pleasant, non-threatening, wonderful experience. He took his time listening to my needs and selectively added his expertise without making me feel as if I was choosing a ring of his liking. His attention to details and dedication to "my ring" truly made it a personal experience that I would recommend to all guys looking for that perfect ring for their special someone. Other jewlers pushed me to bigger sizes but poorer quality. Tom was able to find me the perfect blend of quality, size, clairty, and that personal touch that made my ring unique. I can go on and on praising his store but the best way to find out what i'm talking about is to find out yourself. You will walk away with a wonderful experience and a product that you and your loved ones will cherish.

I recently began my search for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and went to multiple places but, when I walked into Ciccotti's I knew that this was where I would find the perfect ring. The experience we had at Ciccotti’s shopping for an engagement ring was a pleasure, especially after dealing with the high pressure salesmen from the other stores. Tom made us feel like family and listened to what we had in mind. He explained all of our options at different price points. We are from out of town and ended up deciding on the ring based on the information Tom gave us and from what our family in town told us after seeing the diamond. That said, they also had the biggest selection of any other jeweler. I went with Ciccotti's because of the excellent service. Tom made me feel comfortable and helped me make an informed decision. He delivered on everything I asked for, and in a very short time. I highly recommend Ciccotti's. I will definitely be going back with every jewelry purchase in the future.
