NEED YOUR HELP !!!!!!! I am trying to find out if I can get nutritional values for the desserts and breads because I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I cheat a little and when it is, I like to treat myself to the cake squares. We also like your hard rolls, hoagie rolls , rye bread. There are so many things we like , that is why we would appreciate a nutritional value sheet of your products. I really don't want to take a guess at it. I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank You very much.

I have been going to National Bakery, since it was in it's old place a few blocks away. It was so small, they had to move to a bigger place. They have wonderful breads and cookies. Everything is freshly made. I like the horns rolls for breakfast. You have to get there early, because they sell out fast.
