I see im not alone in my opinion of this group of people! I feel i need to point out to employee's at that branch.. frank and james. They are both so disrespectful to the costumers and when they call me or my references they are snotty!! I will never rent from this rent a center in taylor again! neither will my family and friends. i suggest you all have a meeting on how to be professional and how to treat your costumers who pay you to stay in buisness because if not then your future doesnt look very bright!

This store has the worst customer service i have seen in a long time!! The manager is so rude and does not act professional at all! There are a few other employee's there that act ignorant to customers as well. I would NOT recomend this store to anyone. Think before you decide to make a purchase. Not only are they jerks but they rip you off and the merchandise is less than perfect, horrible branch!!
