I arrived to pickup my pizza today from Vince the Pizza Prince and was a witness to a unbelievably bad show of customer service and appreciation. The place was packed with customers as usual. The guy standing next to me walked up to the counter and gave his last name (as customarily done in most take out places). The top of the oven had about 2 dozen pizzas stacked 4 and 5 high with hand written tickets. The owner of Vince's yelled to the guy "what did you order?" The guy said "I don't know my wife called it in". Then the owner in a frustrated voice said "C'mon it's pizza!!!" As if to call the customer stupid. The 2 of them shared a couple choice words in front of all the customers. The owner then told the customer to "get the hell out of here" and that "he didn't need customers like him". I couldn't believe how rude the owner was. I am a business owner and because of what I saw today I will try my best to make others aware of the type of service you get a VInce the Pizza Prince. 1 on a scale of 10 only because the pizza was good. Without the customers you wouldn't have a business Mr. Prince. Your Father would have never talked to his customers that way.

called to order pizza at 8pm on a friday night, they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. when ordering in the past i had to wait at least a half an hour for pick up after arriving when they said it would be ready. pizza is pretty good, but customer service sucks. that is why we only order from here about once every 2 yrs. Seriously not worth the hassle.
