SEAFOOD BUFFET

We traveled over an hour to eat at The Quay's all you can eat Seafood Buffet wit all you can eat lobster.

We were very disappointed to say the least. Three out of four lobsters were bad, smelling of ammonia, the first tell tale signs the lobster is bad. The rest of the small buffet style spread (maybe 9 trays of different food) were terrible as well. The so called prime rib was warm..not hot and was like chewing shoe leather. The salad was dirty as if it was not washed. The shrimp were not fresh and were frozen at one time.No bread was offered.I can go on and on. Bottom line is avoid this place. You would fare better if you ate at your local Chinese buffet. The cost is around $45 per person. It's not worth $10.The dessert offering was small and not the homemade type one would expect to find. When we arrived it was around 7:30 P.M. on a Friday evening. We were the only diners there. That should have been a red flag! Two diners on a prime time night? Before we arrived my wife and I talked on the way there about how many lobsters we were each going to eat.Well, we ended up eating only one each because the rest were spoiled. We actually prayed on the way home that we would not get sick.Enough said. Do yourself a favor and cross this place off as a place to try. You'll be glad you did.Only wish we could have been fore-warned as well.

Good for parties.

We threw my brother's wedding rehearsal here. The food was very good. The staff and waiter's weren't anything to brag about, but we had a water view that was just lovely.
