Best repair service around. Just had our oven fixed. The thing hasn't worked for over a year. Shortly after the serviceman arrived he had our oven open and was replacing the circuit board. The whole thing took twenty minutes tops. There are many repair people in the area however this is the only one that won't leave you waiting at home all day and he gets the job done right the first time. Very friendly, prompt, and professional service HIGHLY recommend.

I'd recommend avoiding Mass Appliance. My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer from Mass Appliance nearly three months ago. They came with a fix or replace warrantee. The washer's hot water does not work. I have called Mass Appliance at least 20 times over the past two months asking that they repair the washer. They've made excuses of why they are very busy and haven't made it yet. But, when we were purchasing the washer and dryer from them they came two days later.

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE THE SAME DAY THE MAN MARK WAS VERY NICE AND WAS VERY CHEAP.
