I go to many Shipleys and this one I just go to because its out of convenience being located next to my house. The lines are always really long, and you sit there waiting quit a while. When you get to the window the service sucks and is no help. The older woman with the long dark hair his always really rude to me every time I go there. I'm not picky nor rude so why the crappy service or attitude? When I get my kolaches they are cold, and just out of great customer service they don't heat them up or even ask. You have to ask for everything such as napkins, straws, for your food to be heated up... etc. I stopped going here because I don't feel like a customer, I feel like I need to feel ashamed for asking for napkins and that they have to get me my order. They act annoyed when you add an extra item to your order or such. I have never been greeted there or thanked for my business, I am the freaking customer and I am the one greeting the employees. GET BETTER TRAINING AND SERVICE!
