I chose Bay Park due to the closeness of the city but far enough away to kind of escape from the hustle and bustle of city living. I first found Bay Park a couple of years ago when I decide to relocate for a job. I enjoy the community because of the convienance of getting to Kemah Boardwalk (where I work), Walmart, Krogers and shopping are right down the road. LOVE IT! and if your like me and like to relax to a cold beverage. There are 3 places to choose from within walking distance. So no drinking and driving.. I love the community manager and maintenance is 24 emergency on call.. No complaints from my side. i would highly recommend.
