I brought my truck to Mr. tire to perform a alignment and to put a set of tires on my truck first of all i'm an ASE master certified technician for 20 years they put the wrong tires on I wanted ATs not HT's Dunlops did you not finish the alignment because they said I had a war out front end part I took my truck and replace place to Part myself and found out the part was not war out as they said it was I took it to Firestone and they aligned it for me with no problem I ask for my money back for the alignment and the woman told me named Heather that she would refund me half of my alignment in 6 to 8 weeks and I should've brought it back to them not if you're lying to me about bad parts I call customer service and they blew me off on Friday and said call back on Saturday I call Saturday and they blew me off again I think you should look into a problem before you blow somebody off but this is Bad business from customer service are all the way to the local shop I would not use Mr. tire if I had to or my kids life depended on it if I was you stay away
