I have been coming to this salon for about 5 months. I have spent alot of money here. I have also brought 2 other clients. I made an appointment for a black tie affair. The same person who always did my hair did it that day for me. He just couldn't get it right. When I went to pay, the girls at the counter asked me if I liked it. I replied honestly and told them "not really". The stylist yelled and embarassed me.. They insisted on fixing it. Well, they couldn't until they washed it all out. It took 2 other people to fix it. I went to pay again and they wouldn't take the money. I tipped everyone who tried to help me. A few weeks went by and I wanted to make an appointment for a regular cut and color...everytime they would ask my name...they would come back and tell me there is no room for me. So....I did nothing wrong, they wouldn't even give me an explation on why I can't come back...they are very unprofessional. I called, emailed and tried to speak to Iris, but I never got a response. So, their motto is to be completely satisfied, but when you are not...they Blacklist you!!!!. That's disgusting.
