went in to get manicure and pedicure. Technician used a liquid she called callus remover on the bottom of my feet and let it run over onto the top of my feet. It badly blistered the tops of both feet, especially the right foot. It ached and burned for several days, and left scabs and sores on the right foot. I took pictures and went back to the shop. The manager tried to deny that I had my feet done there. When I produced my credit card receipt, then she said it was my fault because my skin was thin. she looked at the pictures, demanded to look at my feet, and told me it was okay, my feet were healing up. The manager and the technician were jabbering back and forth in Vietnamese and English, and I couldn't make much sense of what they were saying. I left, promising to complain to the Cosmetology Board.
