They have been doing my cleaning since June of this year I am pleased with their service.

All the employees treat me with respect and kindness

Dropped off a suit on Monday morning, that I needed for a Wednesday funeral. Was told it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. I went in Wednesday morning and was told it MIGHT be done by 4 pm. The only explanation I got was "eeze not my fault". No reasoning nor explanation NOR ofer to discount my bill. JUST "come back later". I was unable to serve at the funeral, as requested, as I had no appropriate clothes. I was not treated well or even as if they hoped I would return. My dissatisfaction was of NO importance to them whatsoever.
