SCAM Company

Over charging customers for items that they can purchase themselves. Customer service person hung up the phone on me. I was told by my home warranty that I could get my own permit for my water heater and SDL wanted to charge me $150.00 the city only charges $40. RIP OFF ARTIST!!!

scam artists

SDL diagnosed needed new valve with plumbing modifications, would need access hole in drywall. on top of charge to AHS for the covered repairs, was trying to charge an additional $265 plus the $75 service call. Demanded second opinion from AHS who sent out another contractor who diagnosed a faulty cartridge and spent less than 30 minutes replacing a $20 part. SDL removed a washer from my shower head during the diagnostics and now my shower head shoots water everywhere. Do not let these chumps in the house.

Kitchen and bathroom faucet

He performed his diagnosis without touching the faucet "because he knows by looking at it". He would not even listen but repeated like a parrot that he knows what is wrong and what is missing. I would never recommend this guy. for this work, I had to pay $75

Don't Use These Crooks

I this Shady company came out to fix a water heater at one of my rental properties and determined that the water heater needed to have a drain pan under it to be in code. All fine and good until I'm told they were going to charge $100 for a $20 drain pan that they probably get for $15. they would not have the water hater till the next day so I toold him I would go get the pan and place it under the existing water heater so it was in code when he came back the next day. Let me be clear no plumbing is needed to set a water heaterinside a drain pan!!! they refused to let me supply a drain pan and his reason was and quote"I'm in this Biz to make money and hen I questioned if it was at the expense of ripping off his customers he had a lot of not so nice things to say that I can't repeat on here. Crooks

Do not use these crooks. These...

Do not use these crooks. These guys were sent out by American Home Shield to fix a water heater at one of my rentals. They deterimined that it needed to be replaced wich is fine but they would need to place a drain pan under the water heater to be in code wich is also fine. the probem I had was that they were going to charge me $100 to place a $22 drain pan under the new water heater that they would not be able to replace until the following day. So I requested that they alolow me to buy one and put it under the existing water heater so when they come back out it would be in code and not need to be replaced. The owner gets on the phone and says and I quote"I'm in buisness to make money just like you" So I replied "At the expense of ripping off the customer"

I told him it wasn't about the money it was the princable of the matter and I could write him a check for 10K if I wanted and he said "I would wipe my A** with your Check. To the Sensors this call was recorded feel free to contact me.
