I had to write a review after ready the others that were previously listed. My concerns were also heightened because of these reviews, as well.



Well, I have to say that they had changed dramatically since these reviews. I was able to book a reservation on a Sat 2 hours before arriving (which set off a red flag), but after seeing how vast the restaurant is, there was plenty of room depending on where you want to sit. Main room, Sushi Bar, Grill area, Bar, etc.



Overall the food, price. and the service was to be expected (as I have been to their competitor that starts with a "B"). The chefs did put on a show with the cuttlery, volcano, etc. and the wait staff was consistantly attended to our needs. The food was great overall. My only complaint was that the service was slow in the beginning, thus we were waiting a little longer than usual for service and the chef to start. I noticed others being seated and served after we sat. But once things got going, the service was fine.

Overall, it was fun experience and a good time.

Would I return? YES. But not too often because of the price.
