I moved in apx 3 years ago and for various reasons I’d like to move. I’ve had my beach house for sale for 11 months and lowered the price below market value. The HOA refuses to allow bank loans and is forcing me to have the buyers pay cash only.
I’ve have qualified buyers who were rejected because of this HOA. I’m looking for an attorney that can help me resolve this ongoing problem.

IS THIS WAY YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS ? I WOULD NEVER TREAT ANY MY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY !! OR RUN MY BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER .
