The star above is there only because I had to before writing this. I lived there for OVER a year. The manager is Spanish she speaks English but prefers spanish. When you walk up to the office door which is always locked and LOUD Latino music I'd playing. I asked her to please move me into a down stairs because of my disability and NEVER did. Instead she moved her daughters and one of her lovers so her husband wouldn't see. Recently there was a arrest with swat team and all because a man living there who attacked a lady . Bad bad place. Maintenance is stupid too. Please look elsewhere.

not to move there! it is the worse place to live in Sealy TX! I have seen so many problems in my life in a townhouse! The manager is worthless she can hardly speak English just like the lazy maintence man who which has no real license to do anything that he does... They have illegal immigrants that live there rent free but they do not get evicted like others in the past have. And they don't follow any rules and regulations that the city requires.. Please whoever reads this and is looking to move there don't do it. Its a huge mistake they complex needs to be shut down until they get new management for the office..
