We arrived and were sent to the parking lot to wait our turn. There were several in front of us. But there were 6 employees visible in store: 3 were helping customers 1 was greeting people and 2 were standing around occasionally calming the irate customers who were coming in mad because of the waiting! It was terrible 1 was with 1 client 1 1/2 hours. The longer you sat there and watch 3 working and 3 doing nothing the more upset people got! We waited 3 hours to get a new sims card. There should be a better way.

excellent service, very helpful people, Even offered ways to save me a lot of money! They found discounts for me, and helped me choose the appropriate product rather than just selling something I don't need.
