I had a 3 day rental through my insurance company- the vehicle was scheduled to be returned on a Saturday. Three employees in that tiny office (no other customers - and I see why) and no one told me the office was closed on Saturdays or that their was a drop box. I called all 3 numbers and no one answered for Searcy nor at two other locations. They were upset that I left the vehicle with the keys locked in it. Then the called to say they were charging my debit card for a $100 detailing fee for pet hair in the back seat. I have no dog and my cat has not left the house in years. I guess any dishonest company can charge you anything they want once they have your debit card on file. I will not use this company again.

I rented a car from this location and not an hour after I left I hit a pothole in the parking lot of JCPenny in Searcy. AAA came and put the donut on, and while they a shotty job and didn't even put some lugnuts back on, I called enterprise and they had me in a new car and on the road in less than half an hour. They are awesome and I will definitely refer my friends and family as well as use them again myself. They were all very friendly and very polite as well. Thank you Enterprise!!
