My families dining experience was pure crap. Waited 10 min to have someone check on us. Another 10 min. to get our drinks. Then 45 min. to get our meals. We all ordered breakfast. All 6 of us. My wife's eggs over cooked, daughter-in-law breakfast cold, my breakfast eggs way over cooked. I sent mine back. 17 min. later I get the same thing Over cooked eggs. I went outside to have my breakfast ( smoke ). The bill came while I was out. My wife paid the bill. I could not even get manager to come to table to talk about the crap that they were trying to serve up as a meal from a national chain. In all of my years this IHOP Has the worst service, poorest food quality, and cooks that just throw out something that they want to , not what is ordered. This IHOP was beside a WalMart. We could have gone shopping their waiting for the crap that they serve as a meal to be served. Please for your own benefit eat somewhere else. Mike for Rogers, Ar

For being a national restaurant chain I would expect better service. The wait staff is friendly but the time it takes to get your food is unacceptable. I go to a local restaurant that is twice as fast as IHOP.
