Last time I took my maltipoo in he came back with a hash so bad under his arm it took it two full weeks to heal. Needless to say I was livid! I will never take my pets there again.

Today is Thursday, July 21, 2016. My wife took our Bischon to Serendipity Pet Grooming today and picked her up three hours later. Her instructions were straightforward and simple. She told them specifically that we did NOT want a Summer cut and to leave her hair about one inch in length. Further, she cautioned them to use care when cutting because our dog has skin tags. Three hours later, she picked up our dog and could not believe what we found. Our dog was cut as close as possible to the skin, several of her skin tags had been bleeding, and at least two of her toenails had been cut below the quick. If this had been our child at day care instead of our dog at a groomer, this business would be closed down and someone would be sitting in jail. We would not recommend this establishment to anyone anywhere and furthermore, we're considering legal action.

Sarah, the owner, is very good! I have taken my Mom's Schnauzers and Yorkies for 'the works,' and I don't recognize them because she has done such a great job!
