White County Medical Center is a nonprofit medical facility that was opened in 1963 and now operates two outpatient care facilities. White County Outpatient Surgery is located in the White County Surgery Center next to Searcy Medical Center. Its Outpatient Care Facility is located within White County Medical Center. Its Heart Institute has an experienced team of physicians, nurses, and technicians that offer open-heart surgery and services to provide total heart care. Its medical staff consists of more than 100 physicians with a wide variety of specialties. The center owns and operates River Oaks Village, an independent-living retirement community located just north of the hospital campus and it operates a more than 30-bed comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation center. In addition to its many medical programs and services, the center supports many support groups. The White County Medical Center is in Searcy, Ark.
