I can't even count all of the ways that this place ripped me off, lied to me and did subpar work. My right upper ball joint was loose 8000 miles after having the entire upper control arm replaced. Then the mechanic I took it to, who offered to recover the part for me looked up the part number listed under "right upper control arm" and the part number was only for the ball joint. They told me that the mounted tires I brought to replace my tires that were uninspectable were on rims that did not fit, so they had to take them off the rims and remount them on my old rims, which my boyfriend later tested on my car, and the rims fit just fine. My alternator belt bolt was not properly installed, so in the middle of an 800 mile car trip my alternator belt slipped and I was stuck on the side of the highway with no power. There are multiple other bolts missing, and they failed to even realize my exhaust was so corroded that it fell off my vehicle a few months later.
