Seaside City Hall consists of administrative services, fire and police departments. It houses a resource management services department that includes building, planning and redevelopment agency divisions. The city hall has a public works department that is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of all public facilities. Its finance division deals in the areas of accounting, cash management, utility billing, business licenses, payroll, budget, risk management, and accounts receivable and payable.
