Friendly and knowledgable. I got two diamond doves from them and the woman owner knew all of the plants that were okay to have in my new aviary that wouldn't be poisonous to the birds. I also appreciated that they seem to care for animals more than for making money. That's the main reason I love to support this business. Nice plant selection as well.

Bought a few new tropical fish fish from there, and they have ich, I am now fighting it in a 120 gallon tank. The ones that were purchased looked OK but they were not. Don't purchase fish from here, unless you want to kill most of your tank. The owner just make up excuses, that it is your fault. I am a seasoned fish tank owner of 40+ years and basically got the big screw you from this place, with no help at all. Just ruined my beatiful tank, lost several expensive 4 to 6 year old africans so far, and the battle goes on.
