In Larrys legal practice he specializes in real estate, estate planning/probate and business law. As a lawyer, Larry represents numerous other brokerage owners and brokers. Larrys skillset brings a unique and valuable expertise to his clients and the other brokers working for Popkin Real Estate.Larry has had the good fortune of working with his brother, Mark Popkin, since 1997, when Mark entered the real estate business. Mark experienced immediate success and has been a top-selling broker throughout his career. During the course of his career, Mark has developed expertise in commercial real estate in addition to residential transactions. Mark is known for his creativity, personable nature and closing complicated transactions. As a result, Mark has built a strong network of clients who keep coming back and also refer him to others.In 2015, Larry Bensel joined Popkin Real Estate. Prior to moving to Oregon Larry B. was a selling broker and brokerage owner in Ventura, California for over 10 years.
