Horrible customer service. We spent $900.00 in this store. They took cases out of the back and loaded them in our car. We live in Washington and this store is in Oregon, they put 2 cases of the wrong rum in and we did not notice until we got home because they got and loaded all of the product. I called the manager to see how he wanted to fix the the problem since it was his employees mistake and he was so rude and said unless I wanted to drive 5 hours there and 5 hours back there was nothing he could do. I even asked if he would call liquor stores in my area to swap our and he said he would do nothing that it was my problem. Total wines was nice enough to swap it out for me. So beware if shopping here they want to get and load for you not always great when they do not know there own product or have a manager that is not so rude. You would think after it being their mistake they would have done something to try to fix it. Bob their manager is horrible at customer services.
