The worst establishment I have ever done business with. Despite the name it's little more than a trinket shop with a few (I guess funny?) Shirts. What was really the worst part of the store was the customer service. The man behind the counter the son of the owner once a very harsh cold man. he just sat there staring at me the entire time I was in the store. I finally decided to buy something, a small knife that looked nice, but once I got home and inspected my purchase I discovered the safety was broken. This is incredibly dangerous! So I figured, hey I'll just take it back and get my money back, rather than exchanging it for another potentially defective product. But to my surprise, the employee behind the desk would neither take it back for money or be willing to compromise in any sort of manner. I have ended up having no other choice but to exchange it for another possibly endangering product. This is one of the worst experiences I have had shopping ANYWHERE before. While I was speaking to him in the shop, he made it seem like I had no grounds for being upset and annoyed with the costumer service I was receiving. As far as I'm concerned that is not how business should be done.

Son bought a defective knife from this store. When he tried to return it customer service, "the owners son" was extremely rude, made him haggle for over 45 mins. just to exchange for one that worked proper. Pretty sure if he wouldn't have been closer to a teenager things would have gone differently. Check your ageism.
