Provided by YP.comHave used multiple times, always met with friendly staff, wide selection of vehicles, upgrades when available and prompt service. On return the service is quick and easy, seemed to take the recommendation to replace wiper blades seriously. Will definitely use them again.

Provided by YP.comWe ordered an intermediate car and it was in excellent condition. I liked the "concierge" service that the agent provided. He walked us to the car and inspected it with my husband, even checking that the mileage was as written and the tank was full. they get an A+ from me.

Provided by YP.comI had pre ordered a rental vehicle and I walked right in and I was on the road in less than 5 minutes. it could not have been easier. Great value , great people and an overall great experience. Was greeted with a friendly receptionists. And dropping off the vehicle was even easier. Great company. Highly recommend!

Provided by YP.comI am writing to provide feedback regarding the horrible experience I had with this company. The initial walk through was rushed and there were very limited choices on car availability. The cars are stored in a very dark and dimly lit parking structure. Upon return of the vehicle, the employee noticed a scratch. She discussed it in front of me with another co-worker without even telling me what was going on until I asked. I later received a notice in the mail demanding insurance information and credit card information for the "damage". There was no details on the exact damage, supposed cost or how I could further dispute the claim as I do not feel responsible for a small scratch that could have occurred anywhere at any point. I believe that due to the dimly light parking garage this scratch was missed and noticed upon return because the return area has additional lighting. I couldn't help but wonder how many people probably just give in and provide their information even if they didn't feel they were to blame but left feeling as though they didn't have any other choice. However, for me, in attempt to resolve this issue, I ended up sending an email to the damage recovery team and received a subsequent phone call. I promptly returned the call, held for 15 minutes then was disconnected without receiving help. When I called back, the representative was rude to say the least. Although she did "close" the claim, she also spoke to me very rudely, essentially implied I was lying, lectured me on the importance of a thorough walk through, and when I asked if there was anything further that she needed from me, she hung up on me. For these reasons, it is extremely unlikely I will ever rent with Enterprise again, anywhere. I would think that a major corporation such as this would be able to address a minor scratch without involving the customer, as well as send better, more informing communications, and train staff to treat people with respect.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I flew up to Seattle to visit our son serving in the Navy at Whidbey Island. Shortly after departing the terminal in the rental, it began raining heavily. There was a substance on the windshield that between the rain, headlights of oncoming cars, and overall road conditions, it became impossible to see even the lines on the road. A 2 hour drive turned into about 3 and a half. The next morning I went to the Navy Exchange and purchased cleaning supplies and scrubbed the windshield to a somewhat acceptable condition. When we first got into the car, we noticed a strong air freshener. Come to find out, after a day or so and the sun beginning to heat up the interior, it was obvious that somebody had previously smoked in the car and Enterprise attempted to cover it up. My wife and I along with our son and his girlfriend whom are all non-smokers were very bothered by the smell. Upon return to the rental facility and asked if we were satisfied, I explained all the above to the attendant who then said I'm sorry and gave me a card for a free upgrade next time. To top it all off, the upgrade is for an economy or midsize car. I rented a full size car so their meager attempt at a band aid was a mere slap in the face. If they make this right, I will remove this post, otherwise, I probably will not use Enterprise again whether it be business or pleasure.

Provided by YP.comAlamo is without a doubt the easiest rental experience I've ever had! We did do the pre check in process so when we go to the rental facility we literally just went to the car level, found our car section and picked out the one we wanted. They pre-authorized my credit card for the agreed upon amount and that was it. The process to get the car took less than 5 minutes. My only complaint is that the directions for how to get to the rental car from the airport failed to state that you had to leave the airport to get to the rental cars. The pick up directions made it appear that the cars were on the airport property. That was a simple fix when we asked someone at the airport where we had to go to catch the shuttle to the rental cars.

Provided by YP.comI wanted a minivan and the selection was limited. I was told the particular brand of minivan I requested was not available, so I accepted the Chrysler T&C. It was new, clean, and comfortable. The advisor was thorough in his explanation of the van's features and the necessary paperwork. I would choose Enterprise again for future rentals.

Provided by YP.comI will always rent from Enterprise now after my most recent visit to Washington. After so many hours of flying it was so nice to have a fast and problem free experience with this company. Previously, I've used Dollar rent a car and they had to upgrade us due to the car I selected or similar not being on the lot which ended up putting car rental budget over the top. Months before this trip I actually had a car reserved with Fox rent a car but as the trip grew near I got worried that I would deal with the same problem I experienced with Budget after reading a bunch of their Yelp reviews.
Enterprise gave me no hassle at all. No up selling, no keeping me at the counter, and no problem at all with getting the vehicle I requested and surprisingly (cause most rental car companies get a little pushy with this) did not pressure me with the insurance portion once I told them I'd be using my own State Farm policy.
Awesome rental company. Would recommend to everyone!

Provided by YP.comWe booked with enterprise at Seattle SeaTac after reading numerous reviews, and we're glad we did. Our rate for a SUV was competitive with other companies who had poor reviews. Check in and drop off were seamless and stress-free. All personnel we dealt with were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our daughter was even added as an additional driver for no charge because we had to return to SeaTac when she flew in on a different flight. We definitely will be booking our next car with enterprise.

Provided by YPmobileIt took nearly an hour to get my car after arriving at the rental car station. There was a long line of about 8 people queued at the front desk. All but 1 of the qiosks were not working and despite various customers trying to us the qiosk to check in, not one was able to successfully complete the check in process. Once I was checked in an went downstairs to pickup my car, there was another line of people waiting to pickup their car. The line was not moving and we were told that they had run out of cars! After waiting 15 mins they said that they have 2 mini vans if someone wants to take those. Two customers took the offer and walked over to the cars but returned 5 mins later saying that both of them are broken and didn't start. They did eventually get one started and issued it to one customer. She asked if this car is going to break down on her and she was told the lights were left on and now that it's running you should be fine and if it breaks down well come out and replace it. They next issued the last car, a full sized truck, to a woman that just need to get going and reluctantly took the truck. After she drive off the attendant said, we shouldn't have rented that car to her. Eventually I received my car after 2 other cars were returned and reissued. The car that I received was rinsed on the outside,but but the windows were very dirty and difficult to see through. My rental experience was very bad.

Provided by YP.comAlamo did a great job and had great service with easy rental and return at Sea-Tac with a moderate price. I used the self checkout machine to avoid the long lines (only 30 questions to answer !). However, I did not like the brand of car that we had as a midsize car. The Chrysler 200 has a very low roofline and getting in and out of all doors was difficult and annoying. I was glad to get back into my own car at the end of the week long trip.

Provided by YP.comCustomer service at the facility was great. The car presented some challenges. The interlock between the gearshift lever and the ignition switch needs work. It took considerable effort each time to get the shift lever into a position where the ignition switch could be turned to the lock position and the key removed once the key was in the lock position.

Provided by YP.comWe enjoyed the Expedition very much. We took it off road and it never disappointed. Very comfortable and safe. Service at the SeaTac was on top of what we needed and quick to serve. It was a very easy and happy experience.

Provided by YP.comThis is the third time we've rented from Enterprise at SeaTac in the last 2 years. Extremely satisfied every time. They had the best prices (we get USAA rates), and service was great. The only issue was that they've never had the smaller cars we reserved on hand, so we ended up with larger cars than we preferred. We were charged the same rate as the smaller cars, but some Seattle streets and parking spaces are pretty tiny, so smaller would have been easier. Cars were clean and in good condition, and customer service reps were attentive and efficient. They offered the gas pre-pay (every car rental company does) but did not push it.

Provided by YP.comWe rent a van in Seattle on Feb 26 and returned on Feb. 27. We left two jackets, with two passports in pockets, $8000 and a tripod in back seat. 20 minutes, I returned to van return place. We were told that nothing left in the van. But the Alamo Seattle station returned our tripod next morning when we returned to the station next morning, but no passports and $8,000. Very bad experiences. It should be no star!!!

Provided by YP.comGood car. Good prices. I would definitely use them again. The only part of the experience I didn't appreciate was the high pressure sales tactic to prepay for a full tank of gas. It's NEVER an advantage to prepay gas. Alamo (and all other car rental companies) need to start being FAIR and stop baiting consumers to prepay for gas they cannot possibly use all of.
