This rental location should NOT be identified as a rental car company for an international airport. After spending 12 hours flying and connecting flights to get to SEATAC, I was told to walk 15 minutes to their rental car location. Really??

They offer no shuttle to the airport and reqiure rental cars to be returned between 9am and 6pm. The Employees have no uniforms or name tags and the company has rental contract verbage that is questionable at best.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

I canceled my reservation and rented a car from a company I could trust.

I only gave the company one star because there wasn't something lower.

MECHANICALLY UNSAFE, which was not apparent until either freeway speeds were reached or it was raining (significant pull to the left, brakes were sketchy when wet, wipers were so bad I had to find a place to pull off and have them replaced);

ILLEGAL TO DRIVE (the windshield was cracked which they assured me was not illegal, but when I checked with a former WA cop was assured I could be stopped and issued a ticket for the offense);

The drivers side had a BROKEN WINDOW that got stuck in the down position and once I was able to raise it again I could not use it (making drive through situations interesting); and it was a SMOKE FILLED mess.





The final straw was when it started to pour on my way back to SeaTac and the brakes got wonky and I had to pull off and replace the wipers.



The manager and owner of this franchise should be fired/put out of business. I almost put my kids into this car without knowing what I was stepping into.



This must stop before someone is killed.
