We moved into this complex because it was closer to were my boyfriend and I work and it is affordable and animal friendly. And I don't regret the move. First off, location is excellent; it's safe, it's as clean as Seattle is going to get, and close to everything.( you can walk to the commuter train) Second, management. The front desk girls are awesome. They were thorough and understanding throughout our lease process, and always have a smile to share. If you have animals, this is a safe place to keep them; declare them with NeChole and make sure they're OK, but he's pretty understanding and as long as it wont screech it's head off all day or tear up the carpet she'll consider it. All in all its a great place,friendly and quiet

have lived at Skyview twice now. The first time it was my very first apartment and the management took great care of me. The apartment was very clean when i first moved in and they answered any questions making me feel right at home! If i ever had to put a work order in, they wrote it out for me while I was in front of them. Necole and Laura do so much for their residents, they really care about us which is a nice change! I live in the same building as another resident who is very un happy because they keep getting complaints on them. Management is doing everything by the books and exactly what they need to, to enforce all rules of the community. They are posing bad reviews to try and get to them and get others not to rent here. It is very common that the ones who cause trouble and get themselves in trouble and cant accept the consequences for their actions, take it out on the manager by posting bad reviews.
