I found the counselors there to be less than helpful and unprofessional. They seemed to lack any empathy for clients or their families. I also found the owner of the business to be very rude to both my family and the employees.

I have an elderly relative that is under the care of affiliated mental health. I have not been very satisfied with the care he has received. For starters, I have gone out to his condo and seen that he has not even had anything in his refrigerator. I have actually had to take him food out to his house. He is paying close to a quarter of a million dollars a year for this care. They have also dragged their feet about getting him the treatments he needs. I have received calls from three of his caregivers, that work under this agency, that have made complaints about his care. I am now in the process of helping my relative, who suffers from depression, to get another agency to oversee his care. I would think long and hard before hiring this agency. I have also called adult protective services about this agency. I would think long and hard before hiring this agency.
