This place is horrible! I tried to order a pie through their internet site. I placed my order online and heard nothing back for a month. I called to enquire about the pie, and the owner was sarcastic and wouldn't even refund my money for a pie that they never sent me! I had to call my credit card company and have them deal with her. They said that she had been sited for bad business practices in the past! I also did a search of her name and came up with a bunch of gay pornography sites! She seems pretty shady and disgusting! God only knows what she puts in those pies! I can't believe that a business like this can be allowed to function without being sanctioned!

I am the owner of Alaska Silk Pie Co. and we did in fact refund Lenore's money immediately and do so in all cases. We have been in busines for 25 years and have been selling to Neiman Marcus for the past 20 years this season. I don't think we would have been doing business with such a prestigious company for 20 years if our business practices were what you say they are. We respect and treat all customer's with the same quality in service and products. We recently in May began selling our desserts to the Nordstrom cafe's. Our desserts are of the highest quality as is our service. I apologize if you feel your were mistreated by me or any of my associates as that is not the way we do business.
