Thank you Mr. Amaya for helping clean up my rental property in Seattle. You cut back the neighbors trees as instructed, installed chain length fence, added rock, hauled off junk. You were right the pressure washing also made it look much better.

I had Saul and his crew do an entire update to my front and back yard. I continually get glowing comments on the way it looks now. I will have Saul do all my yard improvements in the future. He is busy so be patient it will be worth it . !!!

Sauls crew showed up late and the pavers that they laid were not the ones we picked out. Due to the language barrier between us and the crew the situation took way too long to resolve and the work was average at best. We will not be reccomending them to anyone we know.

Saul and his crew did a great job! They transformed our horrible looking front yard into a very nice and clean patio. They had great ideas too. There were reliable and professional.

I hired Amaya's landscaping to basically clean up my yard/ & in the process they laid pavers/ trimmed my Japanese maple/ & built a small arbor in my back yard. Yes - these guys are good! We needed a serious yard overhaul and they came out and did the whole job a few days later. Saul was so personable and really honest. They did above and beyond what we talked about and stayed until the last bit was done. Seriously...our yard was a disaster! Way overgrown and a mess. They made it look amazing and their prices were super reasonable, inexpensive really. I was so pleased. I would highly recommend anyone going with them. You will be very happy!

Saul called me right back after I contacted him to help with my first mow of the season. We made an appointment but he was able to actually come by days earlier. He did an amazing job in a short amount of time. Now my yard is happier for his help!

Since my whole family got a busy life in Seattle, we never clean the yard for 5 years after we moved in to this new house. Recently because we needed to find people to build a small fence in front of my house, we found Amaya's Landscaping ad. from my mail box. I gave them a call and Saul came over within 1 hour from Renton to do a free estimate, and also suggested me to do the Spring clean up as well. After his crews work on it, my parents love it alot! Saul and his crew were absolutely top notch. Prompt, creative, budget friendly and very hard working. They stay within budget and time frame. This is by far the best landscape work I have ever hired. I would recommend Amaya's to anyone who needed work.
