Went to see a movie downtown. Ended with $18.00 for parking. Just walked from car to theater and walked back two blocks each way. The sign outside had less than half that price as a Leader if memory serves. Look at the FINE PRINT. Not again.

This is a illegel operation that picks licence plates at random and sends out bills hoping poeple will pay without fighting. Arlen
