Founded in 1973, Asian Counseling and Referral Service is a nationally recognized, nonprofit organization offering a wide variety of human services and behavioral health programs to Americans of Asian origin in King County in the state of Washington. The organization promotes social justice, well-being and empowerment of individuals, families and communities, including immigrants and refugees, by developing, providing and advocating community-based multilingual and multicultural services.
